I can’t do it under a read more, because this is through email. But,
basically, a good friend of mine might have committed suicide last night. I
don’t know for sure because I haven’t been able to get in touch with him
since he sent me a very unnerving message last night, and then he seemed to
just disappear. I’ve been worried about him for a while, but I guess I just
didn’t think he would do this so abruptly. I don’t know what I thought. I
need yall’s help though. Turtle love shined through for my other friend
when she was in the hospital back in the fall, so I know you guys can help
me out with this now, too. But I need yall to send him messages of
encouragement, and if he answers you I need you to email me ASAP. And if he
posts or reblogs something, I need you to email me about it. I’ve been so
worried and scared all day, but I can’t get on tumblr at school, so I
haven’t been able to check on him at all. Anyway, thanks in advance for
your help and support. I love yall so much. Please know you can always talk
to me if you need to. Always.

Well, there was only three of them that time, so they fit on our airmattresses in my sister’s old room. I think they enjoyed the butterflies on the wall. But, they don’t mind sleeping anywhere you have room.

The turtle at the Sea World in San Diego is officially named Paradise Fears!
Not only has the turtle been named after them, but the workers at Sea World asked the boys to come to its release into the ocean during the summer!

This might be a dumb question, but how exactly does one go about promoting them? Like, do you walk up to some random girls at a concert and be like "HEY! Have you heard of paradise fears?!" Sorry if I'm missing something obvious, I'm just not sure how to go about it :p
that’s pretty much it. but not just at concerts. it can be any where. wear a PF shirt/jacket/bracelet to the mall, and show it off. If you’re bold enough, go up to someone and say “HEY HAVE YOU BEEN LOOKING AT MY SHIRT?! Well, you should go look up the band on it. They’re called Paradise Fears and they’re fantastical.” If you’re more reserved, and not so egregious, just wear it plainly and openly, and if someone asks, tell them about PF. If people don’t ask, be content with the fact that you probably at least sparked an interest in at least one person who read your shirt/jacket.

nothing is normal. it’s Paradise Fears. Besides, whatever ice there is to break will be broken the moment they get there and someone attacks each member with a hug. It’s a lot of fun, laughter, and sometimes tears, depending on how much the songs mean to you. Basically, don’t hold back. Putting in your two cents is what makes it memorable and different for them.
